Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made 24 hours of pickup time in advance to avoid charges.

Arrive at the agreed pick-up location on time.

Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to vehicles will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Limitations of Liability

Carvana Limousine is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during the journey.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

No refunds are provided for cancellations made after this timeframe.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using our services for illegal activities.

Smoking or consuming prohibited substances in the vehicles.

Exceeding the passenger or luggage capacity of the vehicle.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
